Cancellation & Refund Policy
TheCopper.Shop is owned and operated by A2 Ventures, a sole proprietorship entity operating out of Salem & Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.
A2 Ventures believes in helping its customers as far as possible. However, due to the nature of irreversible customisation performed on the product, we won't be able to cancel the order once the product is customised.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of customising or shipping them.
Damaged or Defective Items
Refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good. Since the product is customisable in nature, we manually examine each product and pack them carefully — the only chance of damage is during shipping.
We request customers to video the unboxing while unboxing the product. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team along with photographs and videos on the same day of receipt. Replacement, if any, will be completed within 5–7 business days.
Product Not as Expected
If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, please bring it to the notice of our customer service on the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will look into your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
Refunds
In case of any refunds approved by A2 Ventures, it'll take 3–5 business days for the refund to be credited to the end customer.
